1. Cancelling in Time

Cancel within 24 hours of purchase and the refund is full.
After 24 hours cancellation may not be possible. The order may already have been processed or shipped.
2. Requesting the Cancellation

Our support team verifies the order status. It then confirms whether the order is still eligible.
3. Getting the Money Back
Approved cancellations are refunded. The route out is the route in.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
