1. Reaching Every Corner of Malaysia
Our network covers the country. Two service areas make it up.
Peninsular Malaysia is served in all states.
East Malaysia is served across Sabah & Sarawak.
2. Getting Your Order Ready
Preparation is quick. Nothing sits waiting.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not counted.
A confirmation email follows dispatch. It carries the tracking information for the customer’s parcel.
3. Setting Delivery Expectations
Delivery time follows destination. We do not offer overnight or next-day delivery. The standard windows appear below.
These are estimates. Courier operations, seasonal holidays and extreme weather can move them.
4. Keeping Shipping Free
Free shipping is the standard here. The customer pays no carriage fee.
Standard shipping fees are waived. That is deliberate, and it is how we read value.
Bulk and specialised promotional orders are the exception. A fee may be calculated at checkout from total weight and destination, where applicable.
5. Following the Journey
Tracking arrives on its own. No request is needed.
Once our courier partner collects the parcel, a tracking number and a direct link go out by email or SMS.
That link shows the parcel’s progress in real time.
