One jurisdiction hears every dispute. That is deliberate.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the use of this website, a transaction made on it, or the breach, termination or invalidity of these Terms, falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
2. Waiving Objections to Venue
The venue is settled. It is not open to challenge.
The customer waives any objection to the venue of such legal proceedings, whether on the ground of an inconvenient forum or on any similar basis.
3. Visiting from Outside Malaysia
Our scope is Malaysian. Elsewhere, local rules govern.
We make no representation that the materials, products or services here are appropriate or available for use in other locations.
Access from outside Malaysia leaves the customer responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
